Hardeška šuma
The Centre for Handicraft and Art Craft Slovenska Bistrica was founded in 2003 under the Phare cross-border cooperation programme. Through the project, we arranged and equipped a ceramic studio in the manor house Slovenska Bistrica and trained mentors for teaching ceramics at the Austrian school Ortweinschule Graz. Since 2014, the Centre for Handicraft and Art Craft acts as a social enterprise Rokodelska zadruga (Handicraft co-operative). We are members of the Consortium of Slovenian Craftsmen Centres and the emphasis is given to ceramics and pottery.
